Why a mid-term Rental?
For over 20 years I traveled more than 100,000 miles a year for work. During that time I got to understand what made me appreciate any place I was staying at.
To say I learned a lot is an understatement!
I have traveled to many parts of the world from Africa, Europe, Australia and the Americas. Staying in both Airbnbs, VRBOs and hotels. What I think people want is the cleanliness and chicness of a hotel but the warmth, roominess and relaxing environment of a house.
Chez Hammah brings the best of both worlds together in a location as fun as Las Vegas!
The Space
2200 square feet including a 1000+ foot great room (rare in Las Vegas). Each of the 3 bedrooms
have a unique style within the mid century modern vibe that is designed throughout the house. California King in the primary bedroom with bold colors, Sophisticated second bedroom with a Queen bed and a great bunk bed with a trundle in the Kids room. There are also two dedicated work spaces so you can work as easily from Chez Hammah as from home!
Rates
Rates range from $3500/month in the low season to $9000/month in the high season. Discounts given for multi-month rentals.
30 night minimum.
