How You Can Help

 Airbnb and short-term Vacation Rental continue to get a bad rap from a few guests who are mainly noisy and park on streets.   Please help Chez Hammah Vacation Rental ensure that your access to the Las Vegas area continues by enjoying my house how you would your own.  

This is a very quiet street with families with children like your own.   Be friendly and respectful of others.   Note that I am required by law to have a noise monitoring system and if it does seem like you are having a party, you will be warned first and then your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and potential banning from Airbnb or VRBO.   

We are also in an historic drought and Lake Mead has dropped by over 100 feet in the last decade!  Please conserve water as much as possible.  Turn off water while doing dishes, only do the dishwasher when completely full, only do laundry when you have a full load.  No need to water the plants those are on a drip schedule.

Trash and recycling pick up is on Fridays.  I have recycling bins in the primary bedroom and next to the sink.   If you are here over a Friday, please put the big bins from the garage out for pickup.

Pool service is on Tuesdays and Landscaper comes once a month on the 26th.  They have the code to the side yard lock and can let themselves in.

Swim, bike, cycle, camp, etc…. Beautiful area but sad to see just how much water is missing (over 100 feet now).

o No parties or events. There are two legally required noise monitors that will instantly notify both you and me of loud noise. 

o Only registered guests are allowed.

o Do not use the premises for any illegal activities

o You cannot use the premises for any commercial use without my written consent.

o No smoking.

o Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.

o No pets without prior approval.

o Quiet time 10:00 pm- 9 am.

o There is a $20 heating fee per day for pool/spa.

o Please park in garage or driveway
